After earning a bachelor’s degree in business from Georgia State University
and devoting 14 years to the field of Medical Malpractice Insurance, Davalyn decided to pivot careers and enroll in school at Atlanta School of Aesthetics (AIA). After successfully completing Aesthetic School and working for several years as a Waxologist, Davalyn decided to launch her own brand; The Plucked Peach, an aesthetic business that focuses on skincare, waxing and sugaring with an extreme emphasis on superior customer service. Davalyn’s goal is to bring back that old fashioned customer experience by making every client (Peach) feel at home from the moment they enter the studio to the time they leave and far beyond.
Davalyn is passionate about inclusivity, racial diversity & representation within the aesthetic industry. The Plucked Peach was established to be a safe space for all, where she/he/they can come and just be! Outside of the treatment room you can find Davalyn (making someone laugh as she often does) spending time with her husband and two girls, enjoying brunch with girlfriends or thrifting around town.
